Directions to Schedule Service Online
Follow these steps when scheduling your service online at Tom Wood Volkswagen:
Log in
Accessing the system as a new customer is possible by signing in with an existing Google account or selecting I am a new customer at the bottom. Returning customers can start by entering the email or phone number provided when scheduling service before.
Vehicle
Enter the vehicle details, including the make, year, model, transmission, drivetrain type, trim, engine cylinders, engine size, and mileage (rough estimate is fine).
Services
Enter what your vehicle needs here. You will see a list of services, including maintenance packages matching the mileage entered, individual services, and recalls search. Describe what you need in the open comment box if you don't see what you're looking for.
Transportation
Enter your transportation needs. We offer super convenient vehicle valet pickup within a 15-mile radius of the dealership. Provide the pickup location address when choosing valet service. If you will be dropping off your vehicle, be sure to select if you want to secure a rental car or shuttle ride. Be sure to review our drop-off hours and details if you have a ride and will be dropping off.
Appointment
Select a preferred day and time from the available appointments calendar. Select an advisor at the top as preferred when choosing the appointment time.
Review & Book
Enter your contact information, set updates/reminders via text or email. Add any comments needed in the open comments box, and request a return phone call. Review the service details and book the service if everything is accurate.
